Dr. Alexander Bongard, BSc, DMD

Dr. Alexander Bongard obtained his DMD degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois in 2021. Since he graduated his professional interests have been solely on immediate implant solutions for single tooth and full arch patients. He has extensive experience in implant surgery as well as in the prosthetic component of implant restorations. He has been one of the key developers of an application and education center designed to mentor and allow more dentists to be able to learn and implement immediacy protocols. More recently he is focused on creating a smoother transition for young dentists to become more comfortable and confident in delivering treatment.

Ms. Michelle Ryckman 

Ms. Michelle Ryckman has extensive experience in the development and execution of treatment presentation protocols for dental offices.  Her approach is simple, no-pressure, comfortable and has proven to yield incredibly high case acceptance.  It focuses on communication with patients and building structured relationships. Ms. Ryckman has lectured extensively throughout North America and Europe on the development of an orchestrated customer journey as the cornerstone of case acceptance.  Ms. Ryckman is currently responsible for helping other dentists within our community with the development and implementation of strategies for practice growth.

Dr. Sanjukta

Dr. Sanjukta "Sanj" Mohanta is a general dentist practicing in the Greater Toronto Area. She graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1999 and received their Alumni of Influence award. Sanj volunteers with the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) and received their Service Award. She works with the ODA's Remote Areas Program serving Indigenous communities in Northern Ontario. Sanj volunteers with Filling the Gap and Great Shape Inc.! 1000 Smiles dental outreach. Sanj founded the New Dentist Study Club and hosts their podcast. Sanj is a speaker, writer, advocate and mentor.

Dr. Zoha

Dr. Zoha Anjum received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Public Health from McMaster University. She also holds a Diploma in Water Without Borders from the United Nations University and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

As a recipient of the prestigious Canadian Dental Association Leadership Award and S.G. Bridgeman Award, Dr. Zoha has demonstrated exceptional leadership within the dental community. Some of her notable achievements include her role as the president of the Dental Students' Society, a researcher in global oral health and a mentor for pre-dental students. Shortly after her graduation in 2024, Dr. Zoha became a partner at Milton Dental Clinic, where she provides trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive patient care and oversees all non-clinical and business matters as well. Dr Zoha balances her professional life as an associate at multiple practices and an oral health promoter in her community with her personal life as a daughter, friend and partner.
